The Centre for Research on Work and Wellbeing (CRoWW) focuses on health, wellbeing, fairness and equality in the workplace and the interaction between workplace wellbeing and the labour market.
Our work encompasses wide ranging topics including equality and diversity, employment relations, the experience of employment for individuals with hidden disabilities including, dementia, mental health problems and neurodiverse conditions, social inequality and work-life balance.
